ELEVATORS

Four geared-traction passenger elevators have a capacity of 3,500 pounds each, running at 350 feet per minute. The elevators serve all nine floors with a rear opening at the first floor for delivery/moving access.

EMERGENCY GENERATOR

A diesel-powered, 300 kW emergency generator provides emergency power to dedicated building lights and illuminated exit signs.

SECURITY

A direct digit­al control (DDC) system and air handling units are located on each floor, capable of providing 100% outside air to occupied areas. The building has a roof mounted, two-cell, forced draft cooling tower with a 2,250-gpm capacity. Variable frequency drives control the cooling tower speeds.
